Seoul Drag Parade, Seoul, South Korea

The brainchild of Seoul-conceived strange craftsman and entertainer Heezy Yang (a.k.a. cross dresser Hurricane Kimchi) and extremist Ali Zahoor, Seoul's first Drag Parade sparkled up the roads of the city's Itaewon locale (a.k.a. "Homo Hill" because of its LGBTQ bars) in 2018. Regardless of the procession's name and some wild looks, it pressed a clear political message and called for equity and acknowledgment in South Korea's homophobic culture, where LGBTQs have no legitimate assurances, and eccentric VIPs remain freely closeted in case they hazard losing standard professions. The current year's virtual release will incorporate an impressive internet-based drag show highlighting Korean, worldwide, and even "RuPaul's Drag Race" sovereigns and drag rulers on June 27.

Floatilla's Facebook page offers subtleties and contacts for joining previously reserved boats or leasing your own.
